When you reach out, you are connected with an independent local provider in our network. That provider is a separate business. They answer questions about their own services, prices, and schedule.

What Happens After You Reach Out

You send a request or Request a callback to check provider availability. You share the basics: the pest or animal, where you see it, and how long it has been going on. A provider in our network that serves your area follows up. They may ask a few questions, then set up a visit or give guidance on next steps.

Photos can help. So can notes about recent rain, leaks, or storm repairs.

What to Ask an Independent Provider

A good provider is happy to answer these. Ask before hiring.

• Are you licensed and insured for this work? A good answer is a clear yes and a willingness to share details. A red flag is a vague answer.
• What do you think is causing this? Good providers explain the pest and why it came in. Be careful with anyone who names a fix before seeing the problem.
• What exactly will you do, and what products or methods will you use? Listen for plain words, not pressure.
• Is the quote in writing? It should list what is covered and what is not.
• Is there a follow-up visit? Many pests need more than one visit.
• What should I do before and after? Good answers are specific.

Red flags include pressure to sign right away, a price with no inspection, a refusal to put things in writing, and scare tactics.
